We want you to love your Vainstal products. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on skincare or cosmetics products that have been opened or used, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Contact us at {{ email }} with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at {{ email }} within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
