Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time

Vainstal products are custom-branded, so orders need production time before they ship. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates and delivery

At checkout you can choose:

• Standard shipping: $9.99, 3 to 5 business days
• Expedited shipping: $29.99, 2 to 3 business days

These delivery windows begin after processing time and do not include it.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at office@vainstal.com and we will help track it down.
